As a percentage, have the number of Traffic/wardens/police/speed cameras, increased more than?

I think the answer is simply yes ..... everyday, the public become more and more subject to enforcement laws .... smoking, dropping litter, parking, driving .. whatever ..... and that gives rise to the 'jobs worth' brigade! Sad, isn't it ... ?
