Will i catch the sick bug?

it is not necessary that you will catch the sickness as she may not even have had a bug . the more you think about it the more you may make yourself believe you feel sick . naturally always keep all your work tops and stuff clean and try and relax. but if it bothers you that much you should maybe mention it to your gp and see if they could get you someone to talk to about it .
