Will this diet work and is it safe?

ok, so this morning i woke up and i was realllly thirsty. so i drank a box of apple juice, then about a pint of milk, then a bottle of water in about 10 minutes. i ate like 3 bite of a waffle that i made, but i (surprisingly) wasn't hungry and i threw it away. and that held me over until my school lunchtime. then i ate normally, but drank a bottle of water. then at dinner time before i ate (i didnt know we were having bojangles lolz) i had a protien bar and i ate most of the chicken and fries but i didnt eat the roll. :) so do you think that i could drink the juice, milk and water in the morning, then for lunch drink 2 bottles of water and a protien bar, and for dinner drink a lot of water/drinks and then eat a little of whatever is for dinner? oh i weigh 170-175 lbs (tee hee hee...) and im female and 12 (oopsies). the protien bars have 180 calories and 10 grams of protien and on the box it says meal bars.
