BLIZZARD BEACH???????closed??????

Has anyone heard about blizzard beach being closed until March 8 for reno... Do you think they might get it up and running before that kids looking forward to it and we will be there from feb 26--march 4.Also still need help on the dining package It works out to be $20 a meal well the meals I have seen on the website that shows some of the restaurants menus were under $20 I'm I missing something please explain why everyone says you can save money doing it like this THANKS in advance
