Hello fellow yahooers. Im a New Yorker with big dream but no capital to make it happen. I been learning about real estate for years. I been learning as much as possible. I want someone to give me a jump start into investing. I wish to buy rental buildings is NYC. I'll make the math simple, I want to buy a property that will bring over $1million a month. If anyone is willing to get richer by just lending me money to achieve my goals. Then I will put it in contract that I will pay you back 3 to 4 times the amount you lent me in less than 10years. Im looking at a $20million dollar building. That means I will pay you back at least $60mil. If you or anyone you know is willing to fund my dream please contact me. The reason Im looking for a someone is simple. Im young, don't have millions in the bank, and have new credit and there is no bank in the world that is willing to even look at me.
