Fed Taxes H of H: If I was h of h jan-oct2007 but not nov or dec, can i still file H of H? I moved from CA.?

I qualif. since an adult son lived w/me and I paid all household exp. Am single/divorced many years. He was NOT my dependent though. By Oct30, I moved away relocate to other state. In Nov2007, my son umed a new contract/lease for the rental house in his name and he also got married in Nov. His bride moved in with him. Second question is: can he & wife also use head of household status for being heads in Nov & Dec 2007 as well as married filing jointly?
