I bought a 22lb erball and since I'm always on the lookout for the juiciest way to cook poultry, I'm thinking of brining it before roasting it. I've got how to brine it down but I heard it makes the cooking time shorter if you brine it first. Anyone have any idea how long it will need to roast if it's been brined first? Or if you have any awesome ideas for a juicy turkey, I'm open to more suggestions too!
