A comprehensive tour of Paris - not walking or segway or bike + Not the Louvre?

I'll be traveling to Paris with family (4 persons total) and I'm trying to find a nice, comprehensive tour for everybody that would include all the major monuments and going up to the Eiffel tower. It can't be walking or Segway or bike since my 80 y.o. mom is part of the group. I don't want the tour to include the Louvre, since we will be able to spend a whole day there. Any suggestions?
