Salary negotiation question... please see details?
shoot for around 7% increase is an extra 2,240 a year. if you want about 10% then it's 2,500. depending on how well the company is doing then 30k might be stretching it a bit. BUT since you are in good with the owners and it seems there are a lot of employees, this number might not be too hard to obtain. what you'll need to do is memorize or keep in your head all your accomplishments. they'll be looking for reason WHY and you'll need to provide them with that if need be. but only provide it if they ask for it. if you simply ramble on i did this and this then it seems that you're a bit overbearing. but, if asked, you can simply say all the accomplishments listed above and how you HAVE contributed to the overal growth and production of the company. If they are any sort of good people they will recognize this and reward you for yout diligence and persistence. if they balk then it's probably time for you to find work elsewhere. you've been there a short while but have accomplished a lot and it should be noticed and recognized.
