Announcement wording help!!!?

I kind of agree with Blunt, although I realize you may be planning the courthouse event in a matter of weeks. (You never said when this courthouse event will take place). But don't combine issues. I can see where it's tempting, but an announcement isn't a newsletter or even a Christmas card. You're simply announcing your marriage. They'll figure out this means the big wedding is cancelled, and if you want to share the other happy news, just do it verbally.
