Is it at all possible to legally import and drive a Skyline GTR R34 in Canada?

Question Details: I know about the 15 year old rule, but so far that only applies to R32's. Why are Americans able to import R34's? I remember that company Motorex used to do it. Whats different? Is there a way I can legally import an R34 GTR into Canada? There has to be right?
